My Lawn: A Guide to Lawn Care App Reviews

Downloaded just to try it out. Once I entered my zip code there was no way to go to the next page. No enter button. Nothing. Closed app and reopened just to get error messages. Neato.

I have no experience whatsoever with lawn care but this app has helped. I have been following it since last summer and my lawn really does look better.

So far not bad but the application dates for product dont coincide. The grub ex application states between april1 and June so I applied it on the 6th but I could not enter the applied date until after April 16th

I have always wanted to take better care of my lawn without all the research needed to know what to apply when. Once your yard profile is set it tells me exactly what to do and when. My only criticism is, I changed my yard profile and when you save it it prompts that your recommendations will change. However it did not change for me. I have lots of weeds this year than in the past and I am wondering when to use weed killer.

I really like the app because it helps me stay on track and gives helpful recommendations for my specific area and yard. Takes a lot of guess work out and sends me notifications (if you want) so you dont miss a step. Ive been using it for two seasons and recommend it.

Seen the ad for the app & was under the impression that it was a true yard care guide, very misleading ad. Instead its a way to sell their brand by telling you what type of year to put down their product. Nothing about when to power rake, aerate, reseed, etc. I figured itd suggest when the best time of year is to do these things & give you tips but this ap seems to have pretty basic lawn care knowledge.

Really helps to remind when to apply what product and as your lawn improves update your profile for a truly customized application chart!

Need to be able to record what you have done to your lawn. For instance after you add a bag it should log that, and stop suggesting that you add something until you need it.

I own more than one property and itd be nice to have more than one lawn in the app without having to switch back and forth.

Have tried many turf companies and always to find no great difference! This app lets me feel like I can manage my ( not perfect neighbors yard) without all the cost and feel like Im confident in what I doing thanks to their expert advice!!

This app is Great for the people who want a nice looking lawn, but are not big into yard work. I appreciate the information that is included in the app.

As a new homeowner this app really helps me understand how to take care of my lawn. The schedule and reminders have been great help! Mapping out my square feet was accurate enough that I didnt buy too much fertilizer. The tips have really helped as well!

The app is great in helping keep my yard green and lush. So 5 Stars for the app and its performance. A couple of things I wish the app could do is 1: I wish we could take pictures of weeds (or even to help identify the type grass we have) that were not sure what they are and local Home Depots and stuff dont know, to help identify through the app, so we can better treat our yards. There are apps capable of doing this for other items, so why not for weeds. Also, it would be nice to manually add when we do something to our yard outside of their recommended plan. Ex: I sprayed my yard for dandelions this year. It would be nice to add that I did that in case the app would like to change up my scheduled plan. Good app though outside of these two nick-knacks.

Have the grass profile as multiple sections. My front yard is St Augustine but the back is all Bermuda.

Love this app. Its guidance and reminders are almost like having a lawn service in my pocket.
